• Provide your order number and email address used to make the purchase

How to Request a Refund

Email support@thevalueartisan.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line and include your order details. We'll process your request within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Limitations

Please note:

• Refunds cannot be processed after 7 days from purchase
• Promotional or heavily discounted ebooks may be non-refundable (as marked at time of purchase)
